We are so excited to announce Pioneer Park Days has over gone a renovation! Please let us introduce to you Pioneer Festival. Our Board, Staff and County are thrilled about the growth of this event and we hope you join us in bringing this event up to date with industry standards.  Please be advised of some new rules and regulations listed below. If you have any questions please feel free to call us.


  1. Visit Hardee reserves the right to be selective in the type of vendors to be admitted to the Show. *Picture submission is required*

  2. You must check in and register at the Main Registration office to obtain necessary show passes before being allowed into the area to set up.  Passes must be shown for re-entry.  Check In/Registration begins at 1:00 p.m., Monday, February 27th, 2828 Pioneer Blvd. Zolfo Springs, FL

  3. No parking will be allowed on the paved parking lot in front of the Registration office beginning Wednesday, March 1st.  Only The Vintage Belle Market vendor space setup will be allowed on the paved parking lot from Wednesday, March 1st, until the end of show.

  4. All Vendors will be required to be set up on their space(s) for no less than the following hours: 9:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. Thursday-Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Sunday  , once the show begins.  If your space(s) are not set up for at least these hours, you will forfeit your space(s) for next year.

  5. 2023 Vendor Spaces will be reserved until 8:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 1st, unless notification is received of a late arrival.  If notification is not received, the space(s) will be forfeited with NO REFUNDS.

  6. No Vendor will sell, lease or allow anyone to use their space unless prior approval is received from the Coordinator.  Approval must be received no later than March 1st .

  7. Nothing shall be put out for sale until Thursday morning, March 2nd , No Exceptions.  If tables are set-up, they must be covered.

  8. You must be within assigned space(s).  Selling/displaying merchandise outside of assigned space is PROHIBITED.  No hangovers into aisles or roadways allowed.

  9. No vehicles are to be parked in the Spring Market Area unless they are within their assigned space(s). (Pre 2023 early registrants only).

  10. Vendors with other vehicles too large or too many to fit on their space(s) should make arrangements to park them outside the Park Grounds or the designated overflow parking area.

  11. New/Future Vendors- No vehicle parking or camping no longer within the Spring Market spaces.. Overflow parking will be provided for Vendors. *Security will be provided for Spring Market*

  12. Registration\Check-in will commence Monday, February 27th @ 1:00 p.m.  Those arriving early will need to make camping reservations at the Camp Office at Pioneer Park, (863) 473-5078.

  13. Check-Out will commence Sunday, March 5th @4:00 p.m. You will need to see the office prior to checking out. No movement of vehicles will be allowed in the show area until 4:00 p.m.

  14. All structures or enclosures must be removed by 5:00 p.m., Monday, March 6th.  Extended stay will be charged the scheduled camping fee.

  15. To make known the availability for sale, the sale of, or display of obscene or pornographic material; tobacco products or any instruments or weapons of the kind usually known as  metallic knuckles, dirks, numb chucks, electric weapons, switch- blade/butterfly knives or oriental or exotic weapons of any type is PROHIBITED.  Pocket knives are allowed but cannot be longer than six inches.  If any solicitations or sales are observed, you will be requested to leave with no refund, nor will you be allowed at future events.

  16. No consumable food except in bulk is to be sold in the Market area.  Examples: hot dogs, hamburgers, etc., are PROHIBITED.

  17. You may be asked to remove specific items from your table if any complaints are received that the items are offensive.

  18. Do not jeopardize your space(s) in the Show.  If you have a doubt about any items, check with the Main Registration office for clarification before the item is put on your tables for sale.

  19. Vendors must clean up their space(s) at the end of the show, prior to leaving the park.  No trash of any sort is to be left behind.  Those vendors that do not clean up behind themselves will be charged a $25.00 violation fee for the first violation and/or may not be allowed to come back the next year.
