We are so excited to announce Pioneer Park Days has over gone a renovation! Please let us introduce to you Pioneer Festival. Our Board, Staff and County are thrilled about the growth of this event and we hope you join us in bringing this event up to date with industry standards. Please be advised of some new rules and regulations listed below. If you have any questions please feel free to call us.
GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS (some may not be applicable to this specific area)
Each exhibitor must complete and mail a “Registration” form to be received by February 1, 2022 to be assured of space or register online at www.visithardee.com. All forms received after February 1st, will be assigned a space on a first come first served basis.
Registration\Check-in will commence Monday, February 27th @ 1:00 p.m. You must check in and register at the Main Registration office to obtain necessary wrist bands before being allowed into the area to set up. Wristbands must be shown for re-entry.
No parking will be allowed on the paved parking lot in front of the Registration office beginning Wednesday, March 1st. Only Vintage Market vendor space setup will be allowed on the paved parking lot from Wednesday, March 1st, until the end of show.
The receipt of your registration form, may or may not, guarantee space in the exhibit section. Confirmation will be sent to you prior to the show, but a self addressed stamped envelope must be provided by you with a completed registration form. Spaces will be reserved until 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 1st, unless notification is received concerning late arrival.
Visit Hardee reserves the right to determine if you qualify for space in the exhibit area, this includes the number of, or quality of engines, models, size of displays and space requirements as indicated on the Registration form.
The sale of market items is not allowed in the exhibit area. The sale of tractors, engines and other show related items may be sold if a $25.00 selling permit is purchased at the Registration Office. SIGNS DEPICTING AN ITEM FOR SALE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE EXHIBIT AREA UNLESS SELLING PERMIT HAS BEEN ISSUED. ANY VIOLATIONS WILL BE MADE TO LEAVE AND NOT BE INVITED BACK.
Usage of electric power in the exhibit area is PROHIBITED unless prior approval has been received from the Coordinator. Violators will lose the right to participate in future events.
No vehicles are to be parked in the Exhibit area unless you are within your assigned space(s).
Exhibitors with other vehicles too large or too many to fit on their space(s) should make arrangements to park them outside the Park Grounds or the designated overflow parking area.
We are pleased to have you as part of the Show. In appreciation of that , you are given free camping during the show in exchange for reasonable running time of your Antique Engines.
If you camp in other areas of the Park and not with your exhibit, you must pay camping fees.
Owners or authorized operators must be in attendance while engines, tractors or belt driven farm equipment is in operation.
All exhibits with a potential hazard shall be in an enclosure.
ENGINES, TRACTORS & MOTORIZED FARM EQUIPMENT SHALL NOT BE RUN BETWEEN 10:00 PM AND 8:00 AM.
Only licensed drivers shall operate tractors and other motorized propelled equipment IN YOUR ASSIGNED AREA.
Show plaques are for REGISTERED EXHIBITORS ONLY. Plaques will be available for pickup on Saturday, March 4th at 1:00 PM.
All structures or enclosures must be removed by 5:00 p.m on Monday, March 6th. Extended stay will be charged the scheduled camping fee.
Exhibitors must clean up their space(s) at the end of the show, prior to leaving the park. No trash of any sort is to be left behind. Those exhibitors that do not clean up behind themselves will be charged a $25.00 violation fee for the first violation and/or may not be allowed to come back the next year.
